Minimal data for a bounded design-partner process.
This notice covers the public site, the design-partner form and the Gleis control plane during the private pilot. The enforcement plane runs in your own infrastructure, and its request data never reaches us. The signed customer terms define the approved data and retention scope.
What the form records
We collect the contact, company, role and workflow information you choose to submit, together with a submission identifier and timestamp. Do not submit credentials, confidential source content or personal information about other people.
Policy records, not request data
The control plane stores the policy documents your organisation authors, the proposal and approval history, entitlement records and an append-only event log of those administrative actions. It receives no agent request payloads: the gateway pulls signed policy bundles and pushes nothing back. Your audit ledger lives in your own database; where you connect it to the control plane for the decision browser, that connection is read-only, configured by you, and revocable by you.
Managed login
Clerk handles account identity, sign-in, email verification and necessary authentication cookies. Gleis stores your organisation membership, role and the timestamps of policy actions you take, so separation of duties can be evidenced. There is no online checkout: commercial terms are agreed in a signed contract with invoiced billing, and no payment details are collected by this site.
Account information is used to authenticate you, operate your workspace, prevent abuse and respond to support requests. Necessary providers include Clerk for authentication, Supabase for the control-plane database and Railway for hosting.
Why it is used
The information is used to evaluate pilot fit, respond to the request, plan a potential integration and protect the form from abuse. Access is limited to the project owner and service providers needed to operate the pilot. Gleis does not sell submitted information.
How long it is kept
Submissions are stored in the project's managed application database while the request or resulting commercial relationship remains active. Unneeded pilot enquiries are targeted for deletion within 12 months. Backup copies may persist for a limited additional period.
Access or deletion requests
You may ask Focke Advisory LLC to correct or delete a submission, address an account privacy request or withdraw from pilot contact at info@fockeadvisory.com. Do not include credentials in the request.
